Normally people are fond of creating complains for faults that happen to them from the tour agents but few will remember to thank who worked hard to make their vacation or trip a success.
Milli Tours did that to us and we are happy to have chosen them over others and we do highly recommend them to travelers who will thank us for that.
Few points I would like to elaborate for our travel consultant Maheen from Milli tours who always went out of the way to accommodate our requests
1. Communications
I was very impressed with the detail provided with each request- also very prompt. Inspite of some repeated changes in the itinerary , Maheen was very patient and helped us accommodate all the changes dynamically in the itinerary without impacting the services provided by her
2. Tour and Accommodations
The tour certainly took into account the diversity of Ladakh. We saw so many different things ranging from monasteries to different kinds of spectacular landscape.
Our accommodations far exceeded our expectation except Blue stone somewhat. In most cases they were friendly staff, very good food, and well located. Hotel Kiddar was like a 5 star resort in my opinion as was Hunder resort.
3. Driver
10/10 for our driver / tour leader / guide! He is a wealth of knowledge- great personality- very vibrant, full of educational information, great company, and very competent.
We would definitely recommend Milli Tours for Ladakh trip and would love to do more trips with them"

"Milli Tours and Travels (all thanks to our steadfast Batool Shafi, who was just so unanimous and convivial, that she even visited our hotel room to solicit if we were doing good or not, along with her cousin, her younger sister and her father, and they were just so bountiful!) is an inordinately sublime travel bureau, providing the most exquisite suites, but with a reasonable and affordable price, substantially the chauffeur, Abid who was so genteel and placid towards everyone, ready to do everything the tourists asked for. he even took us to their domicile and we had our lunch there, which was succulent and ornate. My wife was ailing, and so the family put up two heaters to warm her, providing ancillary blankets too! The hotel, Hotel Shefaf, was so welcoming. The personnels were so chivalrous and deprecating. And the dishes were so piquant! Also, relating to the junket, Abid took us to the houseboat the first day, then to Pahalgam, then to Doodhpathri, then to the parish market and then to Gulmarg. He was really so spry!
In short, Mili Tours and Travels is a good corporation, which consummates the fancies of a tourist who covets for more!
